Resumen
La guía de la Sociedad Argentina de Sexualidad Humana sobre la eyaculación precoz aborda su definición, causas, diagnóstico y tratamiento. Explica que la eyaculación precoz es una disfunción sexual caracterizada por la falta de control sobre la eyaculación, lo que genera angustia y afecta la vida sexual y relacional. Se identifican causas biológicas, psicológicas y mixtas, incluyendo ansiedad y factores neuroquímicos. Se presentan distintos criterios de diagnóstico y herramientas como cuestionarios. Se recomienda un enfoque integral que incluye educación sexual, terapia conductual (técnicas de control eyaculatorio), intervenciones en pareja y tratamientos farmacológicos. Se enfatiza la importancia del diagnóstico temprano y la desgenitalización de la sexualidad para mejorar la satisfacción y calidad de vida.
